THERE were two robberies near the UH-Manoa campus last night.

In the first incident, a graduate student was confronted by two men armed with a handgun on Dole St. in front of Kanewai Park at around 10:25 p.m. The suspects took the student’s backpack and fled towards the Manoa campus on Dole Street.

Suspect 1 – Male in his 20s, about 5’10”, 150 lbs, slim, black hair, brown eyes, dark-colored sweatshirt and pants

Suspect 2 – Male in his 20s, shorter than 5’10”, 140 lbs, slim, long pants and long-sleeved shirt

In the second incident an individual was confronted by a man on Dole Street near Whitney Street at about 12:30 a.m. The suspect appeared to have a gun under his shirt, took money from the victim and fled on Dole St.

Suspect – Male in his 30s, about 6’1”, 200 lbs, slim, black hair, brown eyes, grey sweatshirt and sweatpants
