THIS is to inform you that the University of Hawaii at Manoa is open for business today. A flash flood watch, issued by the National Weather Service, continues to be in effect for all the Hawaiian Islands (see below).

A Flash Flood watch for all the Hawaiian Islands remains in effect until Thursday afternoon. The heavy rains and flooding have subsided, but runoff is still occurring and streams remain high for several hours. Wind and rain will continue on Wednesday. Stay tuned to radio for the latest weather updates. A tree fell on the intersection of Oahu Avenue and Maile Way, just off the Manoa campus, and will affect the morning traffic into the campus from Oahu Avenue.
